"Dragon has lost several customers, not that the owners care. One star because I couldn't leave a review otherwise. This review covers two separate dining experiences.A few weeks ago, I ordered online at 7:30, paid, got email saying 45 minute delivery window.Gave them an extra ½ hour before calling only to discover that they had not checked their online orders. The lady I was speaking with offered to cancel the order for me, I declined.Thinking maybe I got them on a bad day, I ordered again. This time I called to make sure my order was received.Beef with mushrooms was ok-ish, sweet and sour pork arrived without sauce!!! it was inedible.Do yourself a favor, take your business elsewhere.bye Felicia!"

"Waited for our food inside for to go order. It was hotter inside than outside. Waste of $26 rice tasted like dirt with soy sauce. Crab Rangoon tasted funny and were hard as a rock. We have been going there for years. The last few times we have ate there it's went down hill. But this tonight was horrible. We won't be going back. "Dining at this restaurant for dinner was a great experience. The price per person is very affordable, ranging from $1 to $10. The food was delicious, receiving a perfect 5 rating. The service was also excellent, earning another perfect 5. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a rating of 5 as well. I highly recommend trying dishes such as the Wings, Sesame Chicken, Fried Chicken, Orange Chicken, Boneless Spare Ribs, Black Pepper Chicken, Orange Beef, or Orange Chicken, and the Crabmeat Rangoon. There is plenty of parking available in the free parking lot."

"I had a terrible experience with the customer service and delivery at this restaurant. The manager was rude, and the delivery person was equally unfriendly. The food was just average, and the prices were quite high. The delivery person refused to come into the building on three separate occasions simply because he didn't want to take the elevator. Communication was difficult, as both the manager and the delivery person struggled with English. Instead of being understanding or apologetic, the manager yelled at me. I will never order from this place again."

"This saddens me because my dad use to love to eat here since I was younger, and I hadn’t been here in years but never had a bad experience in 20 yrs prior decided we were ordering take out. Let me tell you I regret ever talking my family into ordering here. I finally decided to drive out the way to get dinner for my family and it was absolutely horrible. I don’t care what the reasons for the quality of the food were. Hell it could have been because it was close to 9pm but I would have rather them not take the order then serve us oily over cooked and sauced mess. All the food was over cooked and chewy. The breading on all the meat was soggy from the extreme excessive sauce put on everything. Only thing edible was the sweet and sour chicken because it was unsauced. Even fried rice tasted old. The crispy beef was so soggy the white stuff they put under it for decoration was soggy and drenched in sauce. I was extremely disappointed that this was my family’s first time eating Flower Drum and damn sure will be the last. Like how do you not even have filling in the crab ragoons!! They were free and we couldn’t even enjoy that. Waste of 70$. Would have been better off eating at the other three Chinese food places we past to get to there. No restaurant should ever serve this type of nonsense and get away with it. It was takeout so that’s all I really can review is the horrible food. Update: it is 6am and everyone in my house has been throwing up since 2-6 am after they ate the little bit that they tried to from flower drum This was a horrendous experience."
