"while I was working in pecos, tx I visited fatys dinner one night. the staff was incredibly friendly and the menu was much more extensive than I expected. in the first night I ordered the truthahn and the sausages, brought it back to the hotel where it was still hot and tasted really great. so often I find truthahn incredibly dry, but that was not the case and went back the 2nd night and ordered the same and it was not disappointed. thanks!"
