The customer service is excellent - the front counter staff are always friendly and welcoming. Whether dining in or picking up takeout, they are attentive and fast. The location is convenient for me, which is another reason I rated them 5 stars despite the food being more of a 3-star quality. "As we do every year, we did takeout for New Years. I understand it's probably the busiest night, but it's also a night people are spending alot on food. The food was terrible. The teriyaki was burnt, the general chicken was dry and some of the chicken from sweet and sour was raw in the middle. Very disappointing. We have ordered from Asia so many times and now we will no longer. The Lincoln location has gone downhill and Cranston isn't convenient."

"They offer a variety of lunch specials until 3 PM, with generous portions at very reasonable prices. For just $5.50, you can get a lunch special that includes one main dish, your choice of either white or pork fried rice (which happens to be the best roasted rice I've ever tasted!), and an option of an egg roll, a can of soda, or soup. You really can’t beat the value for such delicious food. My personal favorite is the General Tso's Chicken, which features baked chicken in a sweet and spicy sauce. I've also tried the Bourbon Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Cashew Chicken, and Szechuan Beef, and all were quite good. The only dish I felt could be improved was the pork roll; it was decent but didn’t quite measure up to their other offerings. As for hours, they are open Monday through Thursday from 11:00 AM, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM."

I had a feeling he would love it, as I’ve had the same wonderful experience every time I’ve visited Guang Lin. I’m confident you will too! Once you check out the extensive menu, you won’t be disappointed. If you've enjoyed Asian cuisine in San Bernardino and haven't been to Guang Lin, you haven't truly experienced the best! This hidden gem is located off the beaten path on Del Rosa, just across from the Stater Bros Distribution Center. The restaurant boasts an A rating, is very clean, and is accessible for those with disabilities. "Original Review: I come here once a week because it's part of a chain! The prices are good and the food is decent. The only downside is that they don’t offer soups. The owner mentioned that there isn’t enough space in the kitchen to make soup. How much space do you really need? I would love to have some egg drop soup! Also, they don’t provide utensils; you have to bring your own since it's in the neighborhood. Update 8.29.22: I have three different versions of their menu and they are slowly raising prices. Two years ago, I remember the wing combo with roasted rice was $7.25, and now it’s nearly $12! But I can’t really blame them for needing to increase prices over time. Just know you have a few more options for Chinese food in the area!"

"I unfortunately had to throw away most of the food after contacting DoorDash Support. We ordered Sesame Chicken and General Chicken. The Sesame Chicken was extremely sour and I couldn't eat it. The General Chicken, which my husband had, had an off flavor profile and was not spicy at all. Additionally, the fries, which you cannot customize, were cold and incredibly soggy. This was my first time trying this place and I will never go back. I was shocked to see that it has a 4.5-star rating given the food I received last night."

"Took granddaughter to college visit at Miami that wasn't done until about 2:30pm. Went uptown before leaving Oxford and walked by this restaurant. We chose it because my granddaughter eats gluten free and vegan. We went in, asked the chef if the curry hot pot with veggies met that requirement. He said yes (hope that was accurate! We loved the menu format to check off all the items we wanted in our meals. The service was fast and we loved our food. The only tiny complaint is that we had to interrupt the woman in charge from texting to get boxes for carryout and then again to get our bill. If we had a Panda Garden Express near our home, we would both go there often.Dietary restrictions: we were told what we ordered was gluten free and vegan, so we trusted what they said...can never know for sure."
