"My family visited Taco Boy restaurant in Mt. Pleasant, MI, on September 17, 2010. We ordered food and requested water as our drink. While waiting for our meal, we noticed some extra fees on our bill. When the waitress delivered our food, we inquired about the extra charges. She mentioned that while the water is free, the owner charges for the cups used to serve it. When I asked if that was the case, she replied no. I couldn't help but wonder, owner of Taco Boy, where are you coming from? The food was just okay, not much better than Mr. Taco. I could go there instead, and my meal would be cheaper and just as good, plus they don’t charge for the cup the water comes in. It's essential to improve customer service; offering complimentary cups with water would enhance the experience significantly."
