"GINZA IS BACK, even BETTER than before at their previous location at the Wintonbury strip mall. The location is PERFECT and once you 've experienced the new location and all it has to offer, like us, you 'll realize it was essential to move from the former location. It 's a HUGE revitalization and breathes new life into their genius. We 've gone twice already. Once for takeout (shrimp shumai and 2 sushi rolls . Shrimp shumai was even better than we remembered. For the roll, I wasn 't quite sure how I felt about the cucumber still having the the outer skin on it and being part of the roll. One of us liked it the other was not yet sure. The service was excellent when we went to order for takeout. They said 10 minutes and it was ready in a little less. Completely reasonably priced for 2 rolls and an appetizer. Also went again 2 days ago in the evening after 7. Once again, ambiance, service and food were exceptional. We had the seasoned edamame (which you 'd think other places could do well BUT DON 'T!, only Ginza does! , the pumpkin appetizer (that were like donuts, as well as the fried gyoza. For the latter, there wasnt enough sauce, but we made do. For our main course, one of us had the eggplant stir fry with vegetable fried rice. The eggplant was ASTONISHING. A little crispy on the outside and perfect on the inside. The rice was a little bland, but coupled with the eggplant paired well. The others in the party had sushi and there were many happy sounds of 'Mmmmm ' as though we 'd been reunited with a good friend who 'd gone away for a little while. Note: they no longer have the hibachi areas (which were no great loss for us. They do still have hibachi on the menu though. Their private room is sizeable and very inviting. It may be able to hold at least 20 people or more. Added pics I took of the establishment. The bar area is STELLAR and a HUGE upgrade from the former location. All in all a classy dining experience with THE BEST SUSHI, ever! Welcome back Ginza! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Roll, Edamame Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot"

"From the moment we arrived, I noticed how quickly we were attended to and how friendly and helpful the staff was. This was especially true for our waitress, who happened to know my wife, and they chatted like old friends. It was heartwarming to see her bright and cheerful. After a few minutes, we placed our order, and when our food arrived, I was genuinely impressed by how beautifully it was presented. I took some photos to share, as the dishes looked stunning. We shared the shrimp spring rolls, something called lomein deluxe, and of course, the tilapia. Now, I’m not an expert in Vietnamese cuisine, but I can say the food was fresh, hot, and had a clean taste—no lingering smells or aftertastes. The flavors were amazing, leaving me eager for more. The noodles were generously coated in sauce, the vegetables had a slight crunch, and the meat was tender and bursting with flavor. I tried to savor my first bite, but I found myself continuously helping myself to more food—it was hard to stop! I was so engaged with the meal that I didn’t say a word for about ten minutes. This was truly a memorable dining experience, and I look forward to returning. It’s been a while since I’ve had food that left me craving more. I highly recommend checking this place out. They also offer delivery through Uber Eats and DoorDash if you prefer to eat at home. They’re open every day and have a nice selection of wine, sake, and beer to choose from. Great job, everyone—I can’t wait to come back!"

"3.5 wasn 't an option so I rounded up. Know what you want to get from this place. Tips or recommendations aren 't given as freely as other places I go to. When asked what 's popular, I was told this is a Vietnamese place. Hmm I kinda know that but, was wondering what is it that people come here for. Guy mentioned there 's ramen on the front (somehow I thought that was not Vietnamese...I guess I am not Viet enough). At least I don 't eat Viet food enough and I get my ramen from Japanese places. I ended ordering a rice plate that didn 't come with egg rolls like most other Vietnamese restaurants I go to. You have to order it as a separate appetizer he told me. Then there are 2 different types of egg rolls something called netted egg rolls . I 've never seen this at other Viet places but was told that this is a very Vietnamese type of egg roll, other places just don 't have them. It 's not bad, just very different. It 's kind of similar to the fried taro dim sum thing that I 'd get at Chinese restaurants. I prefer the regular Vietnamese egg rolls that the other places serve. A side of chicken broth is also not included in with rice plates here. You need to add it on to your meals. It 's something that I got use to getting together with my rice plates here. The different types of veggies here are great though. Squash and zucchini. Very different from other places but it 's good. The veggies are the best thing here from my visit. The brown sauce is not good. If you want fish sauce you have to ask for it and it 's a tiny container. I normally like my rice wet with the sauce and would like 5-6 of those tiny containers....I usually get them in a bowl and sometimes ask for a second bowl too. It 's delicious when there 's the sauce! Just don 't spill it on your body or you 'll smell stinky and fishy! I didn 't ask for extra since this is not a place that service is highlighted and I just didn 't want to bother the guy. He didn 't seem to like to answer Qs about the food or things when I asked much. You get your own silverware from the table. Sauces from the side counter, etc....don 't expect spectacular service here. This is my first time here. Not sure if I 'd come back. My usual place I eat when working in the area is Ahi Poke or Sweet Lemon for less or about the same price. I 'd stick to one of my usual next time where servers are friendlier and there 's wifi to get work done during munching time"
