"On my second visit, I went for dinner on a Monday night and arrived at 7:15 PM. The restaurant got busy by 8 PM. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. I ordered a chicken Mandi and a mint lemonade. While the waiter remembered the mint lemonade, he never returned with it, so I ended up with no drink. A 45-minute wait after placing an order is unacceptable, especially when drinks aren’t even being served. When I requested takeout boxes, we had to wait a while at the payment counter because the staff was occupied and no one acknowledged us. I had wanted to go to the hookah room for dessert afterward, but by the time I looked at the clock, it was already 9:15 PM, and I decided it was best to head home. The food itself was delicious and well-seasoned. However, due to the poor service, I’d prefer to dine there during the day when I can relax and not be concerned about the timing, or simply opt for takeout instead of dining in. I wouldn’t recommend eating there on-site. Additionally, parking is a challenge, which is typical for most places in that area. Be aware that they automatically add a fee to your bill (thankfully the waiter informed us, so I didn’t have to leave an extra tip). My total for a single chicken Mandi ended up being $27—with no drink since it was forgotten!"
