"Once seated at one of their old tables, I noticed the stained carpets, which looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The food presentation was disappointing – it came in a plastic container with a plastic spoon, and a small plastic container wrapped in a plastic bag. It wasn’t very appealing. I was hopeful because the chef seemed professional and dressed nicely, suggesting the food might be authentically Korean.
However, after taking a bite, I found the food to be just as unappealing as it looked – burnt and extremely salty. I managed to take a few more bites, but couldn’t bear the horrible taste any longer and decided to leave.
Feeling still hungry, I went to a food cart nearby and ordered Chicken over rice for $8, which included a drink. It was vastly better than the $14.50 meal I had at Tina’s Kitchen.
I usually try to be easy to please and love to support small businesses, but it’s clear that some owners, like this one, have lost touch with their customers and don’t care about the quality of their food or the customer experience. It’s time for them to evolve, learn, and improve. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant."
