"we went to the restaurant 6 to use the happy hour that ends at 6:30. When we arrived there, we were told that the happy hour is only in one of the rooms (huh? and not available everywhere. of course we were told that there is no space available in this room. nizza would have been good to know that I had called them and told them that I would come for happy hour, but guess they still keep my table in the other room (which was empty and would not have needed any reservations. I spoke to the user and let them know the situation and she asked us to wait 15 minutes later, she offers us a bar-height table that would normally be in order, but one of our party is in a chair and she could see why they would offer a table that would obviously not work. we just made a normal dinner since we were there. the food was good, but the service we had received until then, and in general was less than what I would expect from a restaurant with this price point. we had to ask if our waters were refilled several times, and the waiter did not remember who ordered what was going to eat, and it was on the table before whoever did. go here for eating, but do not expect much in terms of service"
