"We began our meal with a delicious hand-battered mushroom appetizer ($8 for four). For the main course, we ordered two seafood combos ($22 each), which included a homemade crab cake, three shrimp, and three scallops served with a stuffed baked potato and asparagus. We also enjoyed French onion soup ($3) and chicken bowtie minestrone ($3), along with two side salads consisting of Romaine, hard-boiled egg, red onion, cherry tomatoes, croutons, all topped with their homemade HOT bacon dressing ($3). Everything was delectable!
The culinary star of the evening was Gretchen, the chef and owner, who lovingly prepared each dish. In the dining room, Sherry stole the spotlight with her attentive, efficient, and helpful service.
I also appreciated that this restaurant offers a complimentary adult beverage (they don’t have a liquor license), and there was a musician setting up to perform at 6 PM near the bar. We will definitely return soon!"
