"The food I had was really disappointing. The spring rolls were undercooked, and while the rice was passable, it definitely wasn’t anything special, especially for a mall Chinese restaurant. To make matters worse, I found a long hair in my meal, which was quite off-putting. I gave the egg roll a chance, but it tasted spoiled and appeared to have been fried in stale oil.
Reflecting on my experience, I realize I should have recognized a couple of warning signs: I couldn’t view the food preparation area, and there was no visible health inspection certificate, which is required by Alabama law. I was so repulsed that I didn’t even ask for a refund—I just left. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning."
