"Please keep your credit card receipts!!! My sister and I went to Sol on 4/14/24 and split our check 50/50. I always keep my credit card receipts until the entire transaction, including the tip, clears my account. The person who closed my ticket out added additional to their tip. They did the same thing to my sister! The only reason I was able to spot the THEFT easily was because the tip I leave check always a total with no change. The employee that changed my tip amount was too ignorant to pay attention to that, so when the total charge finally cleared my bank for a total of 91.78, I knew immediately it was incorrect because I always round to the nearest dollar. I called, and they said a manager would call me back, and of course, they never did. I finally called them MULTIPLE times on 4/22 and emailed their corporate office. I spoke to Taylor, and she agreed to refund the 91.78. My sister has not been that lucky."
