"Walked in and was seated right away! Great food- I got the Lemon Ricotta pancakes and they were very satisfying. Light, fluffy and a crisp edge! The flavor itself was awesome reminded me of home cooked food. The coffee was incredibly delicious- infused with cinnamon (Latin American style) and don’t worry, the refills kept comin! This place is perfectly quaint and unpretentious. It seems to be a small team, but the service was 12/10!! Will be back to try more!"

"I recently visited Break Your Gast cafe in Union City, California and had a wonderful experience. I tried the Korean BBQ bowl to go, which was a delicious combination of rice, lettuce, sautéed mushrooms, and chicken with a tasty teriyaki sauce. I was impressed that they were open on December 25th, which added to the convenience and warmth of my dining experience. I am grateful for the delicious food and the attentive service – definitely a restaurant worth trying!"

"Philomena is a treasure in the neighborhood. Been going there since they opened. Love both the pub feeling with a great tap and canned beer selections, and their pizzas, especially the pork belly option. Great place to go with friends land family, or both! I have been ordering my own pizza creation for years: white sauce, pork belly, persilade, Calabrian chile, and arugula. Hope one day they name that pizza after me! Kid-friendliness: Going there with my girls since they were about one year old. They are 9 now and they love it. There is always something for kids and adults."

"This restaurant is a fantastic spot for families or a romantic evening out. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is inviting. During lunch, we enjoyed live music from a guitarist who played inside the restaurant. They offer a full bar, and the outdoor space is spacious, complete with a stage for live bands. There's also a charming feature where you can pet goats through a gate. Plus, they have some fun bar games to enjoy. It's definitely worth the drive to have dinner and a couple of drinks here. As for kid-friendliness, the little ones had a great time with the goats and the music. We dined in, and the service was excellent!"

"Visited this place with a small group of friends for the first time tonight. Great service. Our waiter was kind. I got the lamb with Plaintains as a side and also the beignets. I wish the menu had prices lol. But I found the amount of food to be very reasonably priced. Most of the people I was with were able to have leftovers. The lamb was okay but the Plaintains were absolutely amazing (lamb needed more sauce, not just on the side . I would go back just for those! The beignets were really good as well (more like puff puff though? . Im particular about soda and I liked that they had fanta orange (which is my favorite . They had ginger ale and other cultural drinks too (ginger root drink . A small place but it was cozy and unique. [I also tasted the cassava leaves and that was good too]."
