"IHOP is currently promoting new biscuit sandwiches, and since I love biscuits, I decided to try one. However, what was served didn’t resemble a biscuit at all. I’m not saying it tasted bad, but it didn’t match the promotional image. On the other hand, the steak omelette was filled with shredded steak chunks, which earned it an A+ from me.
**Original Review (2021-2022):** The waitress was friendly and attentive, but the restaurant seemed to have seen better days. Several booth seats had noticeable tears, with stuffing poking out, and the tables looked quite worn. We struggled to find the salt and pepper shakers, and we had to ask for any condiments since they were missing from the tables. The neighboring tables were in a similar state. I was used to finding salt, pepper, syrup, and ketchup readily available, but that was not the case during our visit.
Since the restaurant was slow, the staff seemed to be idly waiting due to the lack of customers, which is understandable. When we ordered, even though it was just my table there at the time, some of the items arrived lukewarm rather than hot. I had the steak omelette with pancakes, which tasted good but would have been better if served warmer. I used to love this place when it first opened. Despite the issues, our waitress was great."
