"I ordered lunch for pickup on Saturday to serve 10 people at my birthday party, and the whole transaction went perfectly. I paid a 50% deposit and was able to create a buffet-style selection. If I could suggest a few tweaks, I would recommend adding more steamed gyoza (3 orders) and reducing the edamame (2 orders was more than enough). We enjoyed the beef drunken noodles, chicken pad thai, tom kha gai soup, and chicken satay—all were fantastic! The soup was incredibly delicious, and I can’t thank you enough for making my birthday special. I definitely plan to return for a more intimate celebration once health permits."

"This was the first time ordering from AM Cuisine. It won't be the last! Food was amazing! The hot and sour soup was the best!! When I placed our order for cashew chicken and pepper chicken, we requested no mushrooms. Not only were the entrées done correctly, but the sweet lady that prepared our order, actually picked the mushrooms from our soup!! The customer service was fantastic. With it being new years eve, the restaurant offered carry out or delivery only. I can't comment on the cleanliness, however, my husband said the store was clean and well stocked. Very friendly. Check it out. I think you will not be disappointed."

"The atmosphere is fantastic—cozy and exactly what I was looking for. The service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. However, there are a couple of downsides. The prices for the regular rolls are reasonable, making it a great place to visit; however, the prices for the specialty rolls are in line with most sushi restaurants around DFW. Also, I requested extra spicy mayo, and I think I paid for it, but the amount I received was barely enough to cover half a fish. There was only about half a cup worth, so I wish they had provided more—I really enjoy my sauces. Would I return? Yes, if I’m in the area, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to drive 45 minutes for it."

"I wish I could share a photo because the food was beautifully presented and reasonably priced. I ordered the OH Roll and the house seaweed salad, both of which were delicious. My only complaints are that they only provided plastic glasses and the baby octopus in the seaweed salad was quite tough and hard to chew. It didn’t seem to have much surf clam, unless it was finely chopped. Despite these minor issues, my experience was very pleasant. The owner, Henry, was really nice, and although the waitress was shy and new, she performed admirably. If I could show you a picture, you would be amazed at how beautiful everything looked. The OH Roll was fabulous, and the Chuka Seaweed Salad had an incredible flavor. I definitely plan on coming back for a second visit!"
