"I arrived at Legends after getting off the ferry, drawn in by its waterfront location. The restaurant may be easy to miss if you're not paying attention, but you'd be missing out! The atmosphere is quaint, with a great view and outdoor seating. The customer service is top-notch, and the homemade tarter sauce is absolutely delicious. I started with the salmon bites as an appetizer, which were lightly fried and perfectly seasoned. The pulled pork was also a standout dish, tasting like it was made by someone's great grandma. I used to live in North Carolina, and I can say that Legends' BBQ would give any local joint a run for their money. My date had the fish n chips, and while the fish was perfectly fried, it could have used more seasoning - thankfully, the tarter sauce made up for it. The chips were seasoned well, and all of our food arrived hot. The only downside was that I regretted not ordering the Brussel sprouts as well - there's always next time!"
