"The service was terrible. During the hour and a half we were at the restaurant, our waitress only checked on us once. We had to ask the hostess to take our drink and appetizer order. While our waitress did bring out the drinks and appetizer, she never returned to our table for the rest of our visit. We eventually had to flag down the hostess again just to get our check. The restaurant wasn’t busy enough to justify such a long wait. I’ve worked in the industry myself and know how hectic it can get, so I can be patient; it just felt like pure negligence."
