"I was looking for a substitute for El Pollo Loco just to see if it was any better so I decided to try for the first time today. The service was quick, the food was tasty, hot and fresh but overall I wouldn't say it was better or worse than El Pollo Loco. Just different. The garlic sauce was fantastic and the green chili sauce had a strong kick. So if you are tired of eating the same old chicken, and want to try something different, give Fuego 360 a try. The only negative was the price. Expect to pay more."
