"Even though my family and I have lived near Lake Lynn for many years, we only recently visited this restaurant for the first time. It’s a lovely spot for breakfast or lunch, and the food we ordered was quite tasty. However, I do have one complaint: our server was not very attentive. She didn't bring napkins or straws for my kids without us asking, and she didn't check in with my wife and me about needing more coffee or cream. She only came by once to ask if our food was okay, but she didn’t take away any trash, like empty sugar packets or cream containers, nor did she clear our empty plates, even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. I noticed other servers were managing their tables well, so I paid extra attention to ours and saw that she seemed to be lacking in attentiveness across her other tables too. I’m not sure if it was just an off day for her or if she generally struggles with customer service. Overall, though, the ambiance of the place is nice for enjoying a meal with family or friends, and I would still recommend it to others."
