"We sent a message asking if we needed to make reservations. No one answered but they did read it. We visited there and after waiting for about 15 min for someone a lady finally came talk to us. She was not friendly at all. She asked if we had reservations, we told her that we had sent a message to them and she acted like she had no idea what we were talking about. She wanted to know how many people. We told her 5 adults a kid and a baby. She told us there was nothing she could do for us and turned and walked away. We will never visit there again if that is the way you treat your customers. Wish I would have gotten the ladys name."
