"Since I obviously talk to a lot of people about food and do the occasional research, I was already aware of the good reputation Marco's Deli and Fine Dining Italian Restaurant had in Buffalo. Chef/Owner Marco Sciortino has even been a challenger in a Nickel City Chef challenge during Season 2, so I know he takes his food seriously. But the Williamsville Deli is located in a relatively plain looking plaza, so I didn't even notice it until about a month ago. Over the last two weeks I've taken two lunch trips over to Marco's on Maple Road to grab lunch. On my last trip I brought along my coworker Kristina who was very impressed with my leftovers from my first lunch. Walking into Marco's Deli on Maple can be somewhat intimidating if you don't know what your going to order. It's not on the same level of shock/awe you have when you first see Johnny C's 48 different sandwiche"
