Unfortunately, the tall, inattentive fry cook forgot about the corn nuggets while they were in the deep fryer and burned them, never bothering to inform me. Meanwhile, my cheeseburger was left sitting for a long time before it was placed under a heat lamp. I eventually had to go up to the counter to ask about the status of order 58, and the staff looked perplexed. While I waited, I tried a sandwich, but it was cold and soggy. This was the worst experience I've had at what used to be one of my favorite burger places."
