"I wish I could give this place zero stars! I feel compelled to share my disappointment regarding an employee who does not reflect the hard work you've put into your store. Here’s what happened during my visit:
My daughter and I entered the restaurant this evening, and a woman was busy replacing the mayonnaise containers behind the counter. As we waited for a few minutes, she did not acknowledge us at all, continuing her task and completely ignoring our presence. I eventually told her that we were ready to order, and she curtly responded that she would help us when she was finished. What? She then turned to my daughter and asked for her order but never offered an apology for the wait.
I have never encountered such terrible customer service and lack of respect. My daughter suggested that we should have left and not supported this location. This used to be one of my favorite Subways, but due to this employee’s behavior, I will not be returning. It’s disheartening, as my parents taught me the importance of treating others with respect, especially those who are paying customers.
