"Oh Marty, you disappointed me tonight. I used to love this place, both the food truck and the Park Ave location. I even booked the truck myself for an event a few years ago, when food trucks were just starting to become popular in Rochester. A neighbor booked it tonight for a neighborhood get together, but they arrived late to set up and were not ready to take orders. One menu item was not as described (a double burger was supposed to be included but it was a single burger with no adjustment in cost). The staff had payment equipment that wasn't working and no cash for change. Gluten free items promised to the host were not available. Staff initially said the host was covering the bill, but she said otherwise when asked. I waited half an hour for my food (even though I was third in line) and when I got home, I found that all three meals were missing a side dish and the sandwiches were poorly put together. Marty's used to be one of my favorite food trucks, but it seems like this Rochester favorite is starting off the summer on a rough note."
