"I am not only planning to file a lawsuit and contact the ADA about this incident but I truly hope this establishment gets shut down. The service is consistently lacking, and they frequently run out of menu items. While the food can be decent some days, the prices are high for very small portions. The customer service is poor, both from the employees and the owner.
They might need to reconsider their approach to hospitality, as this is certainly not indicative of southern hospitality! They even refused to provide my husband with a receipt. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the situation, the owner answered with a very unpleasant attitude. When I asked if she understood the law, she lied, claiming, “I did that because he didn't have a vest on,” and then hung up on me.
I’m grateful for my personal growth—I’m not sure how I would have reacted to this situation five years ago, but I thank God for the changes in my life. Rest assured, I am pursuing legal action!"
