"I always make sure to research restaurants before visiting, and after looking into Green Bamboo, I knew I had to try it! My first experience there was outstanding. According to Google, it's never overly crowded, which I believe is due to the fast service. The staff members were incredibly friendly as well. I ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle, which featured thinly sliced brisket, cilantro, and onion, and it was delicious. It came with a side of fresh basil, bean sprouts, and jalapeños to customize your Pho. For an appetizer, I had a pair of aromatic and fresh spring rolls served with peanut sauce. I noticed a lot of takeout orders being filled while I was there. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for Pho. Next time, I’ll definitely try one of the vermicelli bowls!"
