"I am handicapped and the elevator is out of order and there was nothing on the website or the door of the elevator. I pressed the button and continued to wait and then realized it didn’t work. There are over 20 steps to get up and in. There was a very limited menu and the there were no fried items and truthfully, we went for the fried onion rings on a paper towel holder for our appetizer. It was a Saturday night and there were very few people there. I had two of their large frozen drinks which weren’t tasty or fun, no garnish, no taste. I would have been better off with slushies from 7-11. Service was fine, view was fine, music was great but I just sense that this restaurant is trying to stay open and is having a tough time. Looked like it needed a good scrubbing and some snappy leadership."
