"Juju has always a decent selection of vegan options on the menu and all are delicious, fresh and creative. It'll be one of my favorite spots in Durham. The drinks are also great. Update May 2018 Juju is still one of my favorites. They recently participated in the Bull City Vegan Challenge 2018 and kept their plate entry on the menu a crispy silk tofu with Korean rice cake, bok choy, oyster mushroom, scalions, garlic and bean sprouts. I had no idea what Korean rice cakes were before trying this dish, they are like small pillows of steamed rice flour, almost pasta like, and so good! Updated by previous review on 2018 05 25"
