"El Pollo Grill employees need better training on how to be friendly and inviting, not this blah attitude like they don't want to be there or attend to customers when they want to take an order, or if they come up to the counter to ask for something/have a question. If you work in the customer service industry, provide customer service and learn to be a good host. If that's not you, then get a job hiding in the back of a warehouse. Left a bad taste in my mouth and probably not going back again. That's too bad."

"I enjoyed burritos the size of my arm and various breakfast plates. Honestly, the portions were so generous that I now opt for smaller sizes or take my leftovers home. You can really see how much the owner, Victor, invests in his business – it really shows. Great food, an amazing menu, and wonderful music! El Pollo Grille is a standout in South Bay!"
