"During our last visit for dinner, the restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived, with only two other tables occupied. We were greeted promptly by a friendly young server, but things quickly went downhill from there. We all ordered burgers, requesting them to be cooked medium well to well, although we would have been satisfied with medium well. After a long wait, our food finally arrived in the window where we could see it sitting for quite some time.
Despite two servers working, our server was occupied with a large table that had just come in. The other server, who was handling takeout orders, saw our food waiting but did not immediately bring it to our table. Eventually, after a significant delay, our server brought the food over, which by then had gone cold.
My chili burger was undercooked, with cold and soft meat inside. I informed the server, who took it to the other server for his opinion before eventually bringing it back to the kitchen. The rest of my family found their burgers to be unremarkable. Disappointed with the subpar food and deteriorating service, we asked for a to-go box and the check, totaling almost $100 for three people and an appetizer of mozzarella sticks.
Overall, our experience was unsatisfactory and we have decided not to return to this restaurant."
