"The fresh pico de gallo was amazing, and the extra hot sauce I requested was fantastic. However, the enchiladas were just average—slightly dry and lacking in sauce. The sauce that was present was a bit too mole-heavy for my taste and not the red or guajillo I was hoping for. A traditional approach is to dip the tortillas in the sauce, which I recommend. Unfortunately, the chips were disappointing, tasting like they came straight out of a bag. Colored tortilla chips? Really? I couldn't detect any masa or manteca in them. Just my two cents.
