When I ordered my bacon, I asked the waitress to burn it, meaning I wanted it crispy without any grease. With a smile, she said, "I've got it, darling; you want your bacon Wally’ed." Now I get it—she was referring to the owner! The bacon was cooked to perfection, and the scrambled eggs were the best I've ever had, soft and fluffy; one scrambled egg was more like three!
