"Henley's is a small, dimly lit restaurant and was absolutely packed on a Saturday night. The restaurant is clearly a place for drinks and a positive, adjacent atmosphere. However, my friends and I had a hard time to conversation as it was very, very loud. The food was fantastic! For the starters we shared the street corn and the Risotto balls. The corn diving was very tasteful, especially with the scalions and Cajun season. The warm tortilla chips were very crisp and salty, a perfect addition to the dip. The Risotto balls were super crispy on the outside, with a soft, warm, garlic center. I'd order it again. For the main dishes I had the grilled salmon BLT with French fries, while my friends had the Cajun shrimp Tacos and the baseball cut Sirloin. The French fries had the right amount of salt and were very critical. The first half of my BLT was a little weird. All ingredients were well boiled (the bacon was crispy, the salmon was juicy and fluffy, spinach was fresh), but they did not seem to mix well. The second half, however, was charming, as the citrus mint was aioli more prominent. My friends loved their dishes. although the Sirloin cooked a little over for the preference of my friend. For dessert we shared the blonde who was very salty and sweet. A little too sweet for me, but I don't tend to like caramel. My friends enjoyed it very much!"
