"My family and I visited the restaurant and had quite an unfortunate experience. We asked three different staff members for Splenda, but after waiting 20-30 minutes, we still hadn't received it. After an hour of waiting, we were told it would be another 15 minutes. Meanwhile, other tables received their appetizers and main courses long before us. It took us an hour and a half to finally get our appetizers. The service from Morgan was disappointing; it seemed like she was only attentive to the local patrons and not to us as customers. Overall, it was a frustrating dining experience."
