"I want to say that this is probably the first time I ever write something like this. Trust me I hate to be this person right now. To begin this place is cozy and I like the vibe this place sets. I like what they have to offer the coffee is what I go for, and it is good. I know this because I go here at least a couple times a week. However, I regret to inform that the staff/service is not good at all. I hate to say this because everyone that works there is great except for one person. If the owner does not know who this person is there might be more problems in the future. Today my order got all mixed up to not go into crazy detail. I ended up paying more than I had to for something that was terrible. I know this happens and it's understandable at times but the overall attitude of the one person working here makes me not even want to come back. I come back for the sole reason that the coffee is delicious, but I will tell you service with a smile and a friendly attitude go a very long way. I find it hard to believe that management wouldn't know who I am talking about."
