"This location used to be great but this fall, the quality of their drinks and service has taken a real downturn. The time to get through the drive thru in the morning has increased, 15-20min some days. There’s been several issues with my orders, including not remembering what I ordered, forgetting to put syrup in mochas, and problems redeeming stars. They seem a bit overwhelmed; I’m sure more staff would help."
