"Had a really good experience at the bar just now. Merly was everything you want in a bartender. When anybody at the bar talked to her, she responded. Engaging, funny, pleasant. I would need to get a dictionary out for some better words because there are many more great qualities she displayed. She did it all with a smile. She took the time to write down what I wanted and ask questions to make sure everything was correct. There is something to be said about the bartender who takes the time up front to get your order correct instead of going to the computer and then needing to come back to ask more questions. I really appreciated that. She was not a robot, but she was professional. She did a really nice job. The vibe of all the workers was so cool and confident. The food was great. Merly, and everyone else I interacted with took good care of me, and it was easily noticeable with other guests too. If she was the bartender right by my house, I would spend too much time in that bar. When dealing with food, most people just want to be cared for the whole time. I felt that way just now at this Hooters with Merly as my bartender. And she was busy/working the whole time too. Making drinks, pouring beers, answering questions from her co-workers, etc."
