"My companion and I arrived at the restaurant today at 3:08 pm. The sign on the door indicated that they were open until 4 o'clock, with the grill closing at 3:30. Upon entering, we did not receive a very friendly welcome and never felt welcomed during our entire visit. It seemed like we were more of an inconvenience than valued customers. A woman asked if we had placed an order, to which we replied no. When we expressed our desire to eat something, she informed us that the grill was already closed, despite there still being other customers present. I pointed out the sign on the door stating the grill closed at 3:30, but she insisted that their building closed at that time. We inquired if we could still use the remaining seating area, to which she reluctantly agreed. Having spent my entire life in the family-run restaurant business, I felt the need to express our disappointment with the rude treatment we experienced. It was a letdown to be treated in such a disrespectful manner."
