"I live in Louisville, and we do not have this chain in Kentucky, so I was unfamiliar with the restaurant when I visited. I found it to be one of the most dull and unoriginal places in Charlotte. It is indistinguishable from numerous other chains in the area, and the service was not up to par to make me want to return. We had to practically plead for the bill so we could finally leave! The food was okay, that's about the best I can say about it. Just okay, okay, okay...the sandwiches are okay, the fried fish is okay, the burgers are okay. It's better to save your money and find a different place down the road for a proper meal."
