To begin with, there were no bread or crackers served with either the salad or the main course. When I inquired about the gritty texture of my roasted pork tenderloin, I received no response or explanation. I asked the server to check with the chef, and upon her return, she suggested that the texture was due to the raspberry in the dish. However, I have had raspberry glazes before and have never experienced a texture like this. In the end, I chose to skip the pork and went with the sticky mashed potatoes and green beans, which appear to be the only side dishes regularly offered."
