A large black stain on the concrete in front of the door gives a wrong first impression. Upon entering, I was met with dirty windows, walls, and an overall sticky environment. This not only raised concerns about the hygiene of the kitchen, a crucial aspect for any food establishment, but also cast a shadow on the perceived quality of the food. The restaurant's identity was also a source of confusion. While it presents itself as a Cajun restaurant, the strong aroma of Indian food and a photo wall featuring Indian dishes not on the menu left me questioning its true culinary focus. As an Indian food enthusiast, this was not necessarily a negative, but it was certainly not what I expected from a Cajun restaurant. The food was decent but nothing special. Unless the food was excellent enough to overlook the cleanliness issue, I'll not be returning."
