"My mother, who is wheelchair-bound and unable to walk, requested for someone to bring her paid-for food to the front door of the restaurant. However, the woman on the phone informed her that the food was ready and hung up without assisting her. When my mother tried to call back to speak to a manager or explain her situation, the woman repeatedly placed her on hold. My mother witnessed this from outside the store, where she could see inside. This was just one of many instances of poor customer service my mother has experienced at this restaurant, including rushed transactions and unfriendly staff. As a result, she will no longer be patronizing this establishment, and neither will I."
