"While on vacation for the week, we stumbled upon The Chop Shop and boy, did we discover a gem! This family-owned butcher shop is truly fantastic. I hope all you locals realize the treasure you have right in your backyard. You won't find this level of quality at the big corporate grocery stores. We treated ourselves to steaks for 9 people, along with potatoes, asparagus, bread, and even a delicious garlic compound butter. We also ordered a deli sandwich to hold us over until dinner. All of this came out to roughly $170, which is a steal compared to high-end steak houses. We had 6 NY strips and 4 fillets for that price. All you need is salt and fresh cracked pepper on a hot grill to really enjoy these cuts. Trust me, after a few bites, you'll already be planning your next visit to The Chop Shop."
