"These guys killed it!! Wife posting on husband account- I've been planning a surprise birthday party for my husband for the last month. I called around to a few different companies looking to see who would cater however a lot of them were busy due to graduations. I found another company in town that I had been talking with through text, mostly one-sided on my part, I even went so far as texting the guy what I wanted to order hoping that would light a fire but it didn't!! . This other company never supplied me with options of what I could order, an estimate of the cost and would never get back to me even though they always said they would. I Heard that Carolina kitchen and barbecue was amazing and I reached out to them, these guys got me a quote after a phone call within one hour. They were actually early for drop off, the food was hot for as long as the sterno's ran. The minute people dove in things started flying off the tables. The mac cheese was beyond amazing that I actually had to take some before everybody got it so I would have some for my in-laws to take them dinner. We also had their barbecue chili, roasted potatoes, brisket, ribs and chicken. They supplied us with four different sauces which were amazing, I especially like the habanero one. The cornbread was fantastic, I would recommend bringing a little honey if you're like that but that's just me, don't get me wrong I still ate them because they were good without honey. When we order from them again I plan to skip the roasted potatoes, only because it wasn't the kind of flavor I was looking for and I would probably double down on the macaroni and cheese. I actually was eating the cold pieces of chicken and ribs and they still were amazing!! I highly recommend these guys. Thanks for the great food and you guys got a ton of compliments at our party!!"
