"After my nephew's football game, I ordered food at 5:45 PM. I was informed it would take about 30 minutes, and they promised to call when it arrived, but that call never came. When I reached out to inquire about my order, I was told they had delivered it to a woman at my address who they claimed knew the order. This lack of communication left me increasingly frustrated with their poor customer service.
Eventually, they attempted to deliver again. I stood outside while the delivery driver got out and headed to the wrong house again. He called me after realizing the mistake, and I pointed out that I saw him go to the wrong address. He even had the audacity to question whether I lived at my own home, despite the fact that my address is clearly displayed on my house twice.
I know this review is lengthy, but I am genuinely upset and disappointed. I frequently order from this restaurant, and all they offered me for the inconvenience was two egg rolls."
