"I ordered thru Uber Eats (who has become increasingly HORRIFIC in their own right asked the driver to 1 please call when outside 2 please do not leave food on the ground...he didn 't follow either direction left my food in the rain, on the wet ground. I get my soggy bag only to discover that the instructions to PLEASE include plenty of sauces was IGNORED to the tune of NONE!!! IDK about any one else but I hate dry food. What Chinese place do you know that doesn 't add the sauces?..well, I day, air fried spring rolls? (NOT a drop of oil OR flavor to be found! I 'M LIVID as it 's a Sunday I 'd aimed for a decent meal. Oh, and good luck calling the phone number but then again, if I were a stoned college student trying to pass off old rotisserie chicken tossed in a jarred sauce for REAL Chinese food, I wouldn 't want to answer all the calls demanding refunds either!!! Smh!!!NEVER AGAIN!...too many great Chinese restaurants in the Pittsburgh sea.I 'll go try to enjoy my dry dinner...SMH!!!! Right?....WRONG!!! I open up the containers what do I see? The DRIEST, MOST BLAND CHINESE food I 've ever seen in my life!!! (See pics if you think I 'm exaggerating My guess is a the owner is a college student or b has alot of stoned college buddies that were willing to trade a great review for a free meal or both!!! Old food that 's been sitting around alllll day, air fried spring rolls? (NOT a drop of oil OR flavor to be found! I 'M LIVID as it 's a Sunday I 'd aimed for a decent meal. Oh, and good luck calling the phone number but then again, if I were a stoned college student trying to pass off old rotisserie chicken tossed in a jarred sauce for REAL Chinese food, I wouldn 't want to answer all the calls demanding refunds either!!! "I was here twice with my family and had a great experience every time. On a Friday afternoon when the restaurant was not very busy, but welcomed and received a menu immediately. Our server was super nice and friendly and the food came fast! The first time we ate here, we ordered the Build Your Own Mac (less with Grazianos sausage and mushrooms) with their Pub Pretzel Stick, along with their Hot Ham Mac and Cheese (Texas Toast, American Cheese, Ham, and Mac and Cheese) with the Onion Tanglers (ion rings). Both tasted great. I definitely recommend getting the Pretzel Stick as a page. It is basically a soft bread stick on the inside with crispy pulp on the outside...win...win. The Hot Ham Mac Sandwich is surprisingly not falling apart, and it is not overloaded with Mac and cheese, but has a good balance. I also ordered their Ham and Potato soup (as a lighter option): nothing overly exciting, but it tasted like a classic homemade soup. Our second time there, I ordered the Build Your Own Mac again and added Brisket (available on Friday) with blue cheese and broccoli. Also get a victory slap on the pub Pretzel as the page. It was great! The Brisket is definitely Craspier (sometimes unexpected), but a beautiful texture and smoky taste added to the Mac. We also ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich, also very good, and ended with a clean plate on it. This place will probably be one of my family's most important go-to restaurants."

"I was baffled and asked how they could have live music for two hours without serving any food—that seemed ridiculous to me. I then ordered a Jägermeister with Red Bull, only to be told they were out of Jäger as well. This was not the best beginning, so I settled for a Diet Coke. My friends’ food arrived shortly afterward, even with the kitchen reportedly closed. While they were still eating, our waitress (and I use that term loosely as she clearly needs training) interrupted them as soon as my friend's beer was finished, asking if they wanted to settle their tab. They were still in the middle of their meal and were discouraged from getting another drink, resulting in them closing their tab instead. She then approached me and asked if I wanted to close my tab as well. I agreed, paying for my Diet Coke just to avoid further interaction with her. I was appalled by the service and gave her a tip of just a dollar, which may have even been too generous. I understand that kitchens can run low on supplies, but if you’re hosting a live band night, you should be prepared for increased demand for food and drinks. My friends had previously praised the mozzarella sticks and the hospitality, but those qualities were clearly absent last night. I also recommend taking some time to clean the women’s bathroom. All in all, if the band performs there again, we’ve decided to dine elsewhere before heading to the show."

"I really wanted to love this place, I had high hopes when I went with my friend for their Mardi Gras party. They had put it out on Facebook that they had this big Mardi Gras event planned, and apparently there was even supposed to be a parade. So we got there at the time it was posted to start and were shocked to see NOBODY in the place, no parade, no band, nothing. After being frisked at the door, we went inside and found a table with some beads so we grabbed a couple of those, thinking maybe we were just too early. We went to the bar and the bartender told us they had hurricanes as their special for $5 each, so we both got one. Now I don 't know if you 've ever had a real hurricane, but these were YELLOW. And there was practically no alcohol in them at all. Seriously, I had four of these and wasn 't even phased. After our first round, I guess the bartender figured out the problem and started adding Grenadine to the drinks. People started coming in about an hour later (never did see anything about a parade , and a DJ came up to the stage, so we were thinking this Mardi Gras party was about to get started. He played one song that would be considered New Orleans Jazz , then started playing nothing but slow jam R&B. There was only one couple that got up to dance, everyone else just sat around staring at each other. I mean, come on, read the room! If you 're the DJ for a party and nobody is dancing, change it up! But no....and the owner(? , bless her heart, kept trying to get more people up and moving, but with that music nobody was interested. We tried to order food but were pretty much ignored. I had really thought that if there was anyplace in all of KC that would have a good Mardi Gras party it would be in the jazz district, but I guess my expectations were too high. Nothing about this experience makes me want to go back."
