"We arrived at the restaurant with a hungry group of four and started by ordering drinks and the appetizer of pub chips. They were served hot and absolutely delicious, leaving us all feeling like we were in heaven. I chose the flatiron steak, paired with hash browns and a side salad. The salad featured perfectly fresh greens, large slices of cucumber, and a couple of cherry tomatoes. I couldn't have asked for anything more, though a few croutons would have been a nice addition. The steak, glazed with bourbon, was cooked to a perfect medium and incredibly tender. I had to share bites with everyone because it was that fantastic. The rest of the group was equally thrilled with their meals, which included chislic served with steak fries, Tuscan pasta with chicken, and a truly outstanding burger. Everyone was raving about their dishes. If you find yourself within 30 miles of Castlewood, definitely make a point to eat here—you will not be disappointed!"
