"Love the food, wine and cheeses they offer but… Food is a tad pricey and service is ALWAYS lacking. I am hardly ever asked if I am a member with them before they bring my check, can take a long time to order food, sometimes food is not brought out at the same time, also usually end up having to call someone else to get something for us instead of our waiter assigned to us. Most of this is just aggravating because the place is so small so you end up making eye contact with some of the waiters/waitresses and they just go back to talking etc. when they are probably only assigned 2-4 small tables. I always take these things into consideration when a place is packed or has a lot of online orders etc. but for how many times I’ve been sometimes even when I come with a few friends and it’s decently busy I get better service vs just me and my boyfriend and only 2 other guests."
