"We had a great time here in the private dining room with approx 15 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of space in this room for high chair, parking 2 prams and still enough room to move around the table and for the kids to play on the floor. Food was good solid hearty pub meals, generous portions. Kids meals were great value and came with a drink. The service was friendly and very hospitable, just what you would expect from a country pub. They were extremely busy on Queens Birthday weekend. The staff were attentive and made sure the kids got their meals quickly and that there would be a 30 min wait for the rest which we thought was very reasonable considering the size of our group. We would definitely choose the Victoria Hotel for a day out of the city again."
