"I was really disappointed with the Brussels sprout street taco I ordered. It felt like there was little care put into its preparation. The tortilla was undercooked, making it floppy and somewhat raw. The Brussels sprouts were not fried enough, cut too large, and lacked proper seasoning. It was just bland pieces of sprouts with only a faint hint of chipotle. To top it off, a wedge of lime was just carelessly thrown in with the sprouts. As a former employee, this experience was especially upsetting, considering this used to be one of my favorite tacos. Please work on improving your quality!"
