"it was terrible. they forgot us in the private room. we had to get up and ask someone to drink. they never came back and asked if we wanted more. no show for hibachi just cooked. never asked if we wanted to drink something, and we all had empty glasses, and I brought it with me without asking if we wanted anything else. the floor was so slippery. there were old eating at the grill. we were there for a special occasion and even decorated the room. they didn't make it special at all, we totally forget and unintentional. so grief."

"I had a wonderful experience at this little deli—it was much nicer than I anticipated. They had an impressive selection of wines and some truly excellent beers. We tried one of their famous pickled pizzas, which we had heard a lot about, and it was absolutely delicious! They paired it perfectly with a bottle of Pinot Grigio, which was fabulous. My friends and I are definitely planning to return for more. Thank you to the Dynamic Duo for such a fantastic meal!"

"Finally, a great noodle house with great sushi in sac. I took my little champ out this Sunday. I've never been here before so I was a bit nervous. I ordered the Dynamite roll which was recommended by our server The sushi came out very fast. But damn good. The rice= perfect Fish tase= amazing. Sauce and eggs on it was fantastic. I also ordered the teriyaki chicken noodle bowl. Mmmhmmm I'm not usually a fan of fat noodles. But, this place does it all right. Flavor is great. The grilled chicken is moist and awesome. No complaints. Will definitely be here again. I will note, the prices are a few bucks more than others, but worth it. Nice area, great food"

"We are from out of town and came to North East for the weekend. We wanted to try a different restaurants for lunch and dinner each day here, but came back to Nauti Goose. This place is a literal winter time hidden gem. When we pulled into the parking lot, there were only a couple of cars in the parking lot, and the dining room was empty. We sat in the bar where there were only a handful of other people. Needless to say, we were skeptical. Nicole waited on is, and seriously went above and beyond. I ordered the Rockfish bites with Willie Jack sauce and the fries. My husband ordered the Nauti Chicken sandwich. The food came out really fast…and it was unreal. Everything was delicious. Tonight we came again and were waited on by Nelly. He was as awesome as Nicole. Tonight, I ordered the Boom Boom Shrimp and fries, and my husband got the Goose Burger and fries. Again, the food came out quickly and was ridiculously good! If you have not tried Nauti Goose, you are seriously missing out. 10/10 recommend the food, location and service is stellar."

"You know how sometimes you find a place that you hope will replace one that you lost during the pandemic? That was my initial feeling about Open Face Food Shop (OFFS). But it was not true in this case. At first I was a little (enormously) disappointed and then I just settled in for something new. I won 't mention the name of the old place we used to go. Some of you may have an idea but as Comparison is the thief of Joy it really doesn 't matter. OFFS name is a trifle misleading. As they even admit it may say a lot but it doesn 't tell the whole story (apologies should I have made some small misstatement). First of all the influence is Danish (this is what caught my interest in the first place). And even though there is a significant number of Open Face items on the menu there are some that don 't follow the same theme. The burger is an excellent example. It most certainly comes with a top and was very tasty as my wife will happily attest. I opted for the Oregon Bay Shrimp Roll . This was very good but... The brioche roll is created out of a very thick piece of toasted bread that is mildly awkward to consume. While I was able to navigate it successfully I generally hope that something that falls into the sandwich category is a little easier to eat. But of course, that 's just me. It was quite generous if you like shrimp (I do) and the flavor and texture compared very favorably with an old favorite. The salad that accompanied my shrimp roll was more than worth mentioning (as was the pickled celery). So you know, at this juncture it kind of seems like I might be pushing to come up with a 5 star review. But no. It 's a little too soon. There are a few little kinks to work out. The owners are apparently successful caterers who have now decided to make the jump to going brick mortar . I say Bravo! to them. They are obviously accomplished professionals. Right now they seem only slightly out of sync. When we showed up on Sunday there was a little confusion as to whether or not we were supposed to order online or if we could be seated and order from a traditional menu. We ended up being seated in a nicely appointed outdoor seating area. Very comfortable it was and we truly enjoyed our meal. We felt both engaged and well cared for. I 'm sure we will be back and no doubt I will be revisiting this review. Actually I will very much be looking forward to doing so. OFFS is a winner."
